Arturo Suarez is a seasoned professional in customer success and services, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at PagerDuty since October 2020. Previously, Arturo held the position of Vice President of Services at Rundeck, Inc., focusing on customer success and professional services while driving enterprise adoption and recurring revenue.
