Shannen Mcgettigan currently serves as the Team Lead for the Middle Office at PageGroup, beginning in January 2024. Previously, Shannen held the position of Business Development Team Lead for the EU at Serrala, a company specializing in financial automation for over 2,800 customers. From October 2021 to July 2022, Shannen was the Sales Team Leader for SMB at Tripadvisor, responsible for managing a high-performing sales team and driving revenue targets across the US and LATAM regions. Earlier experience includes roles as a Team Lead and Retention Specialist at Sky, alongside positions in food and beverage services at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and Ardmore hotel. Initial experience in customer service and sales began at Centra. Shannen completed a Leaving Certificate at Dominican College from 2007 to 2013.
