Deborah Hyman is a seasoned communications leader with extensive experience in enterprise communications and employer branding, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Enterprise Communications & Employer Brand at Wells Fargo since 2021. Hyman is also a member of the Page Up and Chief networks, which focus on enhancing leadership opportunities for women and sharing best practices among senior leaders. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Technology Communications and Assistant Vice President of Global HR Communications at MetLife, along with significant positions at Northrop Grumman, NCCI, Verizon, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Freddie Mac. Hyman holds a Master’s degree in Communication from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media Arts from Hampton University.
