Matan Schwartz is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in information security and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Global Head of Security Operations and Incident Response at Pagaya since October 2021, Matan previously held leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services as SOC Team Leader and at We Ankor as a Senior Information Security Specialist. Prior experience includes managing an Authorization Center at Bank Igud, where Matan oversaw a team responsible for employee authorizations, collaborating closely with the bank's Information Security Department. Matan began a career in technical support management at Cellcom, earning recognition as the employee of the year in 2016. Matan holds a degree in Cyber Security from John Bryce.
