Adam Shames is a seasoned professional in product management and business development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Pagaya since June 2021, Adam manages the main product, Personal Loans, focusing on roadmap development, project prioritization, and goal achievement. Previously, Adam held roles including Product Manager at Pagaya, Competitive Intelligence Manager at Riskified, and Business Development at Brainsway. As the CEO and Cofounder of Cliquer Inc., Adam led a startup integrating social content with technology. Additional experience includes strategic partnerships at Meta Co., a clerkship at the Israel Supreme Court, business intelligence analysis at ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd, and an assistant role in the Israeli Prime Minister's Office. Adam holds a Bachelor of Laws from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
