Adam Kolojejchick-Kotch serves as the Chief Growth Officer at PadSplit since 2020, focusing on affordable housing solutions for residents and investors. Prior to this role, Adam was the Head of Strategy and Operations, engaging in business operations, customer experience, and go-to-market strategies. Adam is a member of the LEAD Atlanta Class of 2023 and previously worked at EY-Parthenon in M&A and Working Capital Advisory as an Engagement Manager from 2017 to 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant in M&A and Working Capital Advisory at Deloitte Consulting and as a Staff Consultant at Capgemini Consulting. Adam began the professional journey as a Student Researcher at National Tsing Hua University, where the focus was on collaborating in a different language and studying complex energy systems. Adam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
