Vincent Mauroit

Vincent Mauroit has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies.

Their most recent position is as the Director of Innovation & Tech Transfer at NOI Techpark, where they lead the "Innovation & Tech Transfer" division. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing a specialization strategy in coordination with partners and stakeholders. Vincent oversees the Technology Transfer units in various technology fields and the Innovation Management unit.

Prior to this, they co-founded pado-community in 2019, where they served as the CFO & CPO. The company developed a community parking app solution that aims to transform the parking experience and integrate it into software for autonomous vehicles and enrich MaaS Smart City solutions.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Vincent held various positions at Röchling Automotive. Vincent started as a Project Manager for Ford Motor Company Projects in 1997 and later became the Quality Manager for the Southern Europe Division. Vincent then served as the Sales Support Manager and Senior Purchasing Manager for Engine Compartment Components, before eventually becoming the General Manager of Innovation & Business Development. Vincent also had a significant role as the President of North America, overseeing operations in multiple locations.

Earlier in their career, Vincent worked as a Sales Engineer at SMC Pneumatics BE-NL and as a Sales Support Engineer at Van Marcke NV.

Vincent's work experience also includes a period of military service as a Sub-Officer (Sergeant) in the 93rd Logistic Division in Bruges, Belgium.

Throughout their career, Vincent has demonstrated their expertise in innovation, business development, project management, sales, and quality management.

Vincent Mauroit's education history includes multiple degrees and programs spanning several years. Vincent pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering in Electromechanics from Hogeschool Gent, which they completed from 1988 to 1992. Prior to this, they studied Mathematics at Ghent University from 1987 to 1988.

Vincent Mauroit also obtained an Executive MBA degree in General Management from ESSEC Business School and the University of Mannheim, from 2010 to 2012. Their Executive MBA program at ESSEC Business School ranked 8th in both the 2020 QS World University and The Economist Ranking.

In 2018, Vincent Mauroit completed an Executive Program in Exponential Technologies from Singularity University. The following year, in 2019, they attended a seminar on Advanced Strategy - Growth Strategies and Business Development at Zürich International Business School.
