Tristam Goch has extensive work experience in the field of design and user experience. Tristam is currently serving as the Digital Design Lead at Paddle since November 2021. Prior to this, Tristam worked as the Co-Founder & Design Director at Damn Fine from January 2015 to January 2022. Tristam also worked as a UX Engineer at Affectv from January 2012 to December 2014 and as a Designer at Greenhouse Project from May 2011 to September 2011.

Tristam Goch attended Roundwood Park School from 2000 to 2007. Tristam then went on to study at Keele University from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Media, Communications & Culture (dual honours).
