Sarah Baseleous is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product ownership and innovation within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Product Owner at EnergyAustralia since December 2015, Sarah leads the development and delivery of customer-focused products and services while ensuring quality control and team alignment from ideation to deployment. Previous roles included Innovation Specialist, where Sarah fostered a culture of innovation through customer research, and Product Lead, involved in strategic planning and market analysis for renewable energy products. In addition to these roles, Sarah has mentored students at the COSBOA Innovation Games, served as a mentor and intrapreneur in residence for the Global Energy Accelerator program, and held various marketing and product management positions at RACV, contributing significantly to business planning and product strategy. Sarah holds a Master of Business Management and a Bachelor of Business & Commerce from Monash University.
