Tomer Regev, PhD, currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Lahav C.R.O since May 2023, while also holding the position of Manager and Research Team Leader in Analytical R&D at Padagis LLC since July 2021. Previously, Tomer was a Research Team Leader at Perrigo Company plc from October 2018 to July 2021, focusing on the research and development of pharmaceutical RX products. Tomer managed the Clinical Trials Unit at Anglia Ruskin University from August 2016 to September 2018, coordinating a European Commission-funded project involving a randomized control trial with 2,400 participants. In earlier roles at Perrigo Company, Tomer worked as a Senior Scientist and Primary Pharmaceutical Packaging Specialist from 2012 to 2015, and engaged in microbiological and biochemical research while completing a PhD at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where Tomer also instructed undergraduate and postgraduate students in microbiology. Tomer holds a PhD in Microbial Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, as well as an MS and a BS in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and General Biology from Ben-Gurion University.
