Currently serving as Conselheira Administrativa at GPA and Presidente do Conselho Administrativo at Pacto Global Rede Brasil, Rachel also contributes as a Colunista Econômica for Vogue Negócios and holds a position as Conselheira Administrativa (Independente) and Coordinator of the Sustainability Committee at Vale. As the Founder and CEO of RM Cia 360, Rachel has led initiatives while also participating as a speaker for notable companies such as Bayer, Cargill, and Microsoft since 2015. With a solid educational background, including an MBA in Finance from FGV, executive education at Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Accounting, Rachel Maia combines expertise in finance, leadership, and sustainability.
