Ian Nunjara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social impact, education, and diversity initiatives. As the Founder of Instituto Black Office (IBO Brasil), established in 2020, Ian has positively impacted over 2,000 students through various educational and employability programs for Black individuals. Currently serving as the Head of ESG Strategy & Policy at MSD Brasil, Ian leads the development of the company's ESG strategies and oversees diversity initiatives as LATAM DE&I Lead. Ian's prior roles include Head of Education Programs at FDE, Global ESG Specialist at Nubank, Learning & Development Coordinator at The HEINEKEN Company, and Regional Sales Manager at Cervejaria Ambev, showcasing a diverse background in leadership and project management across sectors. Ian Nunjara's educational qualifications include an MBA from FGV and ongoing studies in Organizational Leadership at Northwestern University.
