Gabriela Otero is a seasoned professional specializing in environmental management and sustainability, currently serving as Gerente at Pacto Global da ONU no Brasil, where Gabriela leads the Blue Keepers project and the Circular Economy Movement, focusing on marine litter prevention by engaging the private sector. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Technical Coordinator at ABRELPE, where Gabriela coordinated publications and represented the organization in various forums on municipal solid waste management and climate change.
