As a dedicated Telecom Therapist, Sarrah will utilize her 14+ years of telco experience (8 with AT&T in Reno) to guide clients through the UCaaS and Telco experiences from quoting to installation and beyond.
Her focus is to be proactive, act as a liaison between the clients and the carrier, and help keep the project(s) on track while reducing the stress and anxiety associated with changing voice and/or internet providers.
