Laci Wilson currently serves as the VP of Product Development at PackIt, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, Laci held various positions at Loungefly from May 2013 to December 2023, including Sr. Director of Product Design and Development, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams in product design, development, and sustainability initiatives. Laci's career at Loungefly also included roles such as Director and Senior Manager of Product Design and Development, demonstrating growth in managing extensive teams and licensed product categories. Earlier experience at Claire's Accessories involved designing and developing handbags and accessories for a global market. Laci holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology, earned between 2004 and 2007.
