Maxx Wiley is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems engineering and infrastructure management. Currently serving as an IT Systems Engineer and IT Services Team Lead at PacketWatch since November 2019, Maxx has a rich history of managing IT operations across various organizations. Previous roles include Site Engineer at Potent Planet, where responsibilities included overseeing IT infrastructure and leading a significant facility build-out, and co-owner at Tall Trees LED, where Maxx managed IT and developed the company’s online presence. Additionally, Maxx has held network engineering positions at CyberTrails and Logistixs Group, providing IT services to over 100 companies nationwide, and also worked as a Network Administrator at Amazingmail. Maxx possesses expertise in deploying and managing complex IT systems, cloud services, and user support across multiple platforms and environments.
