Stephen Shea

Client Services at Packet Fusion

Stephen Shea has extensive experience in client services, beginning at Graybar Electric from 1996 to 1999 as an Inside Sales representative. Stephen then progressed to ARM as a Marketing Services Representative from 1999 to 2008 before taking on the role of Client Services Manager at ShoreTel, serving from 2008 until September 2017. Following this, Stephen worked at Mitel as a Client Services Manager and Team Lead from September 2017 to June 2019. Currently, Stephen is a Client Services Specialist at Packet Fusion, where tenure began in July 2019. Stephen's educational background includes studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
