Michael Thom, MBA, is an experienced resource manager currently at Packaging Corporation of America since August 2016, overseeing customer service, shipping, and warehouse teams while focusing on inventory reduction, cost control, and on-time delivery. Previously, Michael has held roles such as customer service manager at both Packaging Corporation of America and TimBar Packaging and Display, and served as a sales representative and customer service representative earlier in their career. Michael is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University with an MBA and holds a BS in Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology.
