Dylan Quint is a highly experienced professional with a background in quality management and engineering. Currently serving as a Regional Quality Manager and Quality & Safety Manager at Packaging Corporation of America since January 2019, Dylan has honed leadership skills through the GIFT Program, designed to deepen understanding of plant operations. Prior roles include Building Materials Assistant Manager at MENARDS INC, Engineer Intern at John Deere, Operations Intern at Weber, Inc., and Marketing Intern during an overseas internship in Italy. Dylan's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa.
