Daniel Perry, MPH, has extensive experience in public health and management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at Paciugo Gelato & Caffè since April 2013, Daniel oversees daily operations, staff training, and customer service development. Previously, as a Global Health Initiatives Intern with Heartland Alliance, Daniel contributed to HIV prevention programming in West Africa and engaged in evidence-based project design and proposal development. As a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Daniel conducted Community Based Participatory Research in collaboration with community members. Daniel's earlier roles include Certified Nursing Assistant at Good Samaritan Society, where personalized care plans were implemented, and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, focusing on laboratory research projects. Daniel holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota.
