Justin Zenz is an experienced professional in eCommerce operations and ticketing management, currently serving as an eCommerce Operations Specialist at Paciolan since August 2022. Prior to this role, Justin Zenz spent a decade at James Madison University, progressing from Assistant Director to Director of Athletic Ticketing. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Ticket Operations at Bowling Green State University and roles at the University of Notre Dame and Toledo Mud Hens in various ticketing and customer service capacities. Justin Zenz holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Ohio University and an MBA in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
