Currently serving as a Commercial Customer Service Manager, Product Development Strategist, and Team Leader at PacificSource Health Plans since June 2017, Alan has previously held positions including Manager of Customer Service at AT&T, Call Center Supervisor at St. Luke's, and multiple roles at Micron Consumer Products Group, where responsibilities ranged from planning and supervision to training and customer support. Alan's career began at Micron Technology as a Lead/Trainer. Alan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Idaho between 1992 and 1996.
