Carie Raddatz, PHR, has over 20 years of experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Recruiting Manager at PacifiCorp since May 2007. Raddatz has successfully managed recruitment processes for various utility positions across multiple states and has contributed to the organization by establishing training programs in hiring guidelines and interviewing skills. Prior roles include Staffing Specialist at Manpower of Utah, Human Resource Manager at SEARS and Roebuck, and Human Resource Assistant at Intermountain Healthcare, among others. Raddatz holds a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University and an AAS in Business Management from Salt Lake Community College.
