Sem Ragaza currently serves as the HR Manager at Pacifica Homes Development Corporation (PHDC) since March 2023 and has been an HR Professional at Century Pacific Food, Inc. since November 2011. Sem holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Guidance Counseling from St. Scholastica's College, Manila, completed between 1996 and 2000. Sem is also pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Santo Tomas, a program that commenced in June 2002 and is ongoing.
