Mark Allen Zapanta is currently serving as the Section Head in the Construction Management Section at Pacifica Homes Development Corporation. Prior to that, Mark Allen held roles at companies such as AboitizLand, Inc., Bases Conversion and Development Authority, and NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION, where Mark Allen gained experience in various engineering positions. Mark Allen holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Structural Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tarlac State University.
