Keiron Griffiths

Senior Account Manager at Pacifica

Keiron Griffiths has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Keiron started their career in 2013 at Himalaya, where they worked as a waiter. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of Restaurant and Bar Manager, which they held until 2016. In 2016, Keiron joined Wilko as a Customer Service Specialist and worked there for a year. In 2017, they joined Pacifica Group Ltd as a Customer Service Advisor and later progressed to the role of Night Manager. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Customer Service Supervisor before being promoted to Customer Service Team Manager from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Keiron works at Pacifica Group Ltd as an Account Manager, a position they have held since 2022.

Keiron Griffiths completed their Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from New College Durham from 2014 to 2017. After that, in 2019, they pursued a NVQ Diploma in Customer Service Operations from Sunderland College. Prior to their Bachelor's degree, Keiron also obtained a NVQ Extended Diploma in Graphic Design from New College Durham, which they completed from 2012 to 2014.
