Maryann Hobbs is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the banking and real estate sectors. Since May 2006, Maryann has served as Senior Vice President of Special Assets at Pacific Western Bank, previously holding the position of Vice President in Real Estate and Special Assets. Prior to this role, Maryann was Vice President at City National Bank, focusing on construction lending for the Orange County Real Estate Industries Group from 2002 to 2006. Earlier career roles include Assistant Director of Corporate Finance at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Director of Project Finance at Irvine Company, Financial Analyst at DKM Building Enterprises, and Financial Analyst at Meiji Mutual Life. Maryann holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Stetson University, earned between 1984 and 1987.
