Roy Salazar is a seasoned banking professional with over 20 years of experience in relationship management and commercial lending. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at Pacific Valley Bank since September 2024, Roy previously held significant leadership roles at Bank of the Sierra as Market President and Senior Relationship Manager from January 2018 to September 2024. Earlier roles include Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and VP of Commercial Lending at Bank of the Sierra. Roy began a career in business banking at Wells Fargo as a Commercial Loan Officer after serving as a Sales Manager at Pepsi Bottling Ventures.
