Mr. Ng has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company since 2007. He is the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company. Mr. Ng has over 34 years of senior management experience in the telecommunications industry.
