Joe Zhu is the Founder and CEO of Zenlayer, a company focused on enhancing real-time digital experiences through a global edge cloud platform, operating more than 220 points of presence worldwide. Zhu serves on the Advisory Council of the Pacific Telecommunications Council, which fosters the growth of information and communication technologies across the Pacific region. Previously, Zhu held senior leadership positions at ChinaCache Global, where a global business unit was established, and at China Telecom Americas, overseeing network operations and developing global peering policies. Early in the career, Zhu served as Vice President of Network Operations at Multa Communications Inc. Joe Zhu holds an OPM in Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Donghua University.
