Jose (Paco) Sanchez has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and assembly industry. Since June 2010, Jose has served as the Plant 1 Assistant Manager at Pacific Steel Casting Company. Prior to this role, from 1991 to April 2010, Jose was a member of the Assembly Conveyance Projects Team at NUMMI, where responsibilities included developing and deploying 29 conveyance routes to ensure Just In Time material delivery throughout the passenger assembly line.
