Kevin Brown is an experienced professional in asset management with a robust background in the retail sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Pacific Retail Capital Partners since May 2024, Kevin previously held the position of Director of Retail Asset Management at Newcastle Investors from November 2021 to May 2024. Prior roles include Director of Asset Management at Hubbard Street Group, Asset Manager at Banner Real Estate Group, and various positions at Realty Income Corporation, including roles in corporate leasing and asset management.
