Mike Hoffman is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in energy management and technology innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Mike focuses on micro-grid support and energy integration for military installations. Previously, Mike co-founded and advised Powermand, where efforts centered on developing demand response solutions. A long tenure at BPA included roles as Technology Innovation Lead and Account Executive, where Mike contributed significantly to energy efficiency projects and the formulation of strategic energy plans. Mike's leadership extended to the Electricity Storage Association and the NW Regional China Council, promoting energy storage solutions and fostering international business relations. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Portland.
