Arlie Reeves is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in contracts and proposals, agricultural marketing, and international development. Currently serving as a Contracts Specialist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Arlie specializes in proposals and contracts for the National Security Directorate and negotiates Cooperative Research and Development Agreements with non-federal partners. As part of the Bar R Cattle Company, Arlie is involved in Wagyu operations and genetics marketing, contributing to the oldest active member in the American Wagyu Association. Previous roles include serving as Proposals/Marketing Coordinator at HDR, where Arlie led technical proposal writing, and internships at organizations like USDA Foreign Agricultural Service and USAID, focusing on agricultural trade and food security. Arlie holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Agricultural Development from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Washington State University.
