Mark Gould has been with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco since 1991, when they started as the Chief Operating Officer. Mark was promoted to First Vice President in March 2021. Prior to their career at the Federal Reserve, Mark Gould served as the Vice Chair at Pacific Lutheran University.

Mark Gould attended Pacific Lutheran University and Seattle University, where they earned their Masters in Economics.
