Alex Kanter has extensive experience in operations and management within the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as Head of Global Service and Infrastructure Management at Pacific Life Re since November 2019, Alex previously held several senior positions at QBE European Operations from June 2010 to November 2019, including Senior Operations Manager for European Markets and Executive Officer, focusing on operational excellence, strategy development, and customer outcomes. Earlier career roles include Assistant Vice President at AIG from 2004 to 2010, where Alex managed budget and operations, and a Quality Analyst/Underwriting Team Leader at Create Services from 2002 to 2004. Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Public Policy from Leeds Beckett University and an Associate’s Degree from RMIT University.
