Austin Lam is an Associate at Pacific Lake Partners. Prior to joining Pacific Lake Partners, Austin was with Boston Consulting Group in Los Angeles, focusing on work within the Corporate Finance & Strategy and People & Organization practices. Austin started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he supported financial diligence for sponsor-backed M&A.

Austin received a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Southern California as a Trustee Scholar. Austin is extensively involved with Value Schools, a charter school network in the Los Angeles area, where he co-leads a mentoring program to support high school students on the path to post-secondary education.
