Jessica Yam has over 28 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Manager at Pacific International Lines (PTE) Ltd since June 2011, Jessica is responsible for managing strategic global accounts, including tender and bid management. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Wan Hai Lines from July 1995 to June 2011, where responsibilities included global tender freight negotiation, cross trade sales, and oversight of Way ports agency matters within a regional context.
