Mohsen Mortada is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Climate and Infrastructure Advisor for the Government of the United States since January 2023 and as Director at Pacific Institute since June 2023. In addition, Mohsen Mortada is involved with Sustainable Conservation as a Board Member since June 2022, and has been part of the Board of Governors at OCAD University since September 2018. Mohsen Mortada also holds a position on the Board of Directors for OpenOceans Global since August 2008. Prior experience includes serving as a Board Member for Water For People from January 2016 to January 2022, and leading Cole Engineering Group as President and CEO from August 2014 until November 2021 before its acquisition by IBI Group. Additional roles included membership on the Board of Governors for Excellence Canada from April 2016 to April 2018, and serving as General Manager for ARCADIS/Pirnie in the Middle East from 2006 until July 2014, as well as Vice President for EMA Inc. from 1996 to 2006.
