Kelsey Reichenbach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and education. Currently serving as an Assembly Engineer at Pacific Fusion since January 2025, Kelsey has also been the President and Cofounder of the Engineering Liberation Collective since April 2021, where efforts focused on integrating socio-ecological justice into engineering curricula. Previous roles include Writing Center Instructor and Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Mechanical Integration Engineer and Lead at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and various engineering co-op positions at ATA Engineering and GE Aviation. Kelsey holds a PhD in Community and Environmental Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an M.Phil. in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
