Kain Adams is an experienced barista and coffee professional with a diverse background in the coffee industry. Currently serving as the Lead Barista at DESTROYER, a Michelin Guide restaurant, Kain leads the coffee program featuring Onyx Coffee Lab. In addition, Kain has been a Brand Ambassador for Pacific Foods since 2019, contributing to the advisory board and providing consulting services. Previous roles include Coffee Educator and Interim Retail Store Manager at La Colombe Coffee Roasters, where Kain focused on training staff and maintaining operational effectiveness during the pandemic. Kain has also coordinated coffee competitions with the Specialty Coffee Association and gained management experience as an Assistant Manager at Bird Rock Coffee Roasters. Academically, Kain holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Palomar College.
