Kyle Moll has extensive experience in managerial roles, currently serving as Regional Manager at Pacific Dental Services since January 2013. In this capacity, Kyle oversees the operations of 10 dental offices in Washington State, managing over $20 million in annual revenue while directly handling P&L responsibilities and annual budget planning. Kyle has implemented successful coaching programs for clinicians, facilitated staff hiring and training, and developed strategies that promote profitability and office success. Previous experience includes roles at Penske Truck Leasing, where Kyle was a Branch Rental Manager and Management Trainee, focusing on operations and customer service. Kyle holds a B.S. in Marketing from Southern Oregon University. Notably, Kyle's leadership contributed to a DENOVO office of the year award in 2022.
