Steve Jones is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Board of Advisors Marketing Chair for SCORE Mentors since June 2017, Steve also acts as an Executive Advisor for Pacific Community Ventures, providing mentorship to small businesses. In addition, Steve is a Senior Consultant at Kaeppel Consulting, LLC. Prior roles include Chief Marketing Officer at Argo Group International Holdings Ltd., and Vice President of Marketing Research and Analysis at USAA, where duties encompassed market segmentation and campaign execution. Earlier experience includes positions as Vice President of Direct Marketing at Golfsmith, Vice President of Marketing at The TJX Companies, Inc., and Director of Marketing at Fingerhut. Educational credentials include a Management Development CBE from Harvard Business School and a degree from St. Cloud State University.
