Khun Lar Bway is currently a Teaching Assistant in the Division of Transdisciplinary Undergraduate Programmes at Hong Kong Baptist University, with experience spanning various roles in both social enterprises and the food and beverage industry. As a co-founder and Lead of Strategy and People at Taungthutada, TTTD - Farmers' Bridge, Khun Lar has engaged in strategic partnerships and women's empowerment through food innovation at Ywar Nee Nar. Previous roles include digital associate at Proximity Designs focusing on income-boosting products for farmers, and summer internships at FarmacyHK and Club Rangoon, where Khun Lar gained experience in social impact project development and high-end catering operations, respectively. Khun Lar is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at Hong Kong Baptist University, following a diploma in Community Leadership and Social Studies from Kant Kaw Education Center.
