Prue Cooper is an experienced professional in the field of substance abuse and addiction counseling, currently serving as the Director of Paraprofessional & SUD Training and Innovation at Pacific Clinics since April 2018. Prior roles include Team Supervisor and SUD Counselor at Pacific Clinics, Substance Abuse Counselor at Los Angeles Centers for Alcohol and Drug Abuse, and Counseling Intern at The Gooden Center. Prue has a robust background in grant writing and compliance through positions at Hathaway-Sycamores Child & Family Services and Goodwill Industries International. The journey includes significant expertise in staff development and capacity building from roles held at Goodwill Southern California and McMaster-Carr. Prue holds a Master of Science in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Humanities from the University of Arizona.
