Jon Belyeu is a seasoned bioinformatics professional currently serving as a Senior Scientist at PacBio since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Illumina from June 2021 to May 2023, along with previous positions ranging from Bioinformatics Scientist I to Bioinformatics Scientist 2 at the same company. Jon also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Eccles Institute of Human Genetics at the University of Utah from August 2016 to May 2021 and as a Research Assistant at Brigham Young University from September 2014 to April 2016. Jon holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Genetics from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics from Brigham Young University.
