Nik Philipsen is a seasoned Group Product Manager with extensive experience in product management and sustainability initiatives. Currently, Nik is at Pachama, leading efforts to utilize AI and satellite data for nature-based carbon sequestration projects. Previously at Upside, Nik spearheaded product development for top-ranking mobile apps and led the company's sustainability program to offset carbon emissions associated with user fuel purchases. With a strong foundation in tech and advocacy from roles at Capitol Canary and Opower, along with entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of The City Swig, Nik combines technical expertise with a dedication to environmental impact, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Systems & Information Engineering from the University of Virginia.
