Brad Avard has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brad started their career in 1999 as a Special Education Behavior Technician at Broken Arrow Public Schools, where they provided classroom supervision and counseling to students with emotional and developmental disabilities. In 2000, they joined Tele-Data Services, Inc as a Level III HMO CSR, where they served as a liaison between an insurance company, its clients, and physicians within the HMO network. Brad handled customer complaints, physician requests, billing, and claims analysis while adhering to strict government regulations. In 2001, they transitioned to Colortyme as a Store Manager, responsible for all daily functions involved in running a national franchise. Brad excelled in purchasing, marketing, budget analysis, human resources, management, and operations. Brad also successfully managed collection activities and increased debt recovery. In 2012, they joined State Farm as a Claims Specialist, investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling fire claims. Additionally, they acted as a Claims Automation and Procedures Analyst, providing technical training and support to employees and addressing procedural and automation application issues.
