Ilona Miller currently serves as Chief of Staff at Paces since May 2024 and is a Majority Shareholder, Co-founder, and COO at Urban Energy, which focuses on clean energy solutions for New York City's underserved multifamily buildings through innovative programs. Prior experience includes roles at Blank Street as Central Operations Manager and Senior Business Operations Associate, as well as Senior Operations Manager at JOKR. Miller has also held marketing and educational positions, including Marketing Manager at Boardworks Education and Founding 10th Grade Literature Teacher at Achievement First. Miller began a professional journey in education with Teach For America and has interned at the WilmerHale Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Education & Child Study from Smith College, attained in 2013.
