Luciana Ziegler, MA, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Associate Director of Employee Relations and Engagement at Pace University, where previous roles included Assistant Director of Employee and Labor Relations and Manager of Employee Relations & Human Resources. Prior to this, Luciana Ziegler worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Mercy College and began a career in education as a Teacher at "Gheorghe Lazar" National Teacher Training College. Education includes ongoing studies for a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs at Pace University and a Double Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Babes-Bolyai University.
